Orders placed with us will leave the warehouse within 3 business days if in stock. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier.
In the chance your product is out of stock, one of our customer service associates will be contacting you immediately via phone or email to discuss further options.
We are happy to ship internationally but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged. Please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking to get something shipped to an international country outside of the US.
We have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee. Other companies have a 20 to 30% restocking fee. We think that's a little crazy.
We stand by our merchandise 100%. We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 7 days of the item's arrival.
If you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below and we will either exchange it or refund you in the original payment form. Your choice.
**PLEASE make sure to ship us back the items/mannequins properly. They will be inspected upon arriving at our warehouse. If there are any damages to the shipments, unfortunately we cannot refund these items.**
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.
