Do you take large orders?

Yes. We accept bulk and large orders. In fact, as the leading retailer of mannequins in the USA, we have serviced over 10,000+ retailers. We recommend that you call us first so we can offer you our special pricing and make sure we have the right amount of products in our inventory. If we don't, we can provide you with an updated expected time of delivery and get you taken care of right away. 

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. We offer special pricing for larger orders - simply call us at 1-800-395-2397 or email us at support@mannequinmall.com to talk to one of our specialists. 

I'm not sure what mannequins would be a good pick for my store. Can you advise?

Picking out great mannequins that go well with your store & merchandise can be tricky. With thousands of customers served, we've come to know what kinds of mannequins are best for various store types and locations. Give us a call and tell us more about your requirements and your business and we'll recommend the best products (in accordance with your budget). 

Do you have a physical storefront or warehouse where I can come pick up my order?

We do not allow our customers to pick up their orders from our warehouses. All of our orders are shipped out directly to you. This allows us to avoid the costly markups needed to cover expensive retail showroom costs and keep our prices the lowest in the industry.

How come your prices are lower than your competitors?

Our business model focuses exclusively on online sales and we don’t have any retail stores or showrooms, which allow us to avoid costly markups needed to cover things like salesmen, a prime retail location, and much more. We only ship from our warehouses, which actually gives us a competitive advantage in the industry.

We pass on all these savings to our customers. We know we have the best prices and in the rare case where we don't, feel free to take advantage of our Lowest Price Guaranteed policy.

How will I know if my order has been processed?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the case that you don't immediately receive an order confirmation email, you can always email or call us. 


Shipping Questions

Do you have expedited shipping? I need my mannequins tomorrow!

If you need to expedite an order, we can certainly help with that. Please give our Customer Support a call at 1-800-365-3297 to discuss expedited shipping options. 

We can try to help by shipping out your order the same day if we can or the next day depending on the time of day you contact us. We also have expedited shipping options only available via phone.

How long will it usually take to receive my shipment?

We take pride in being one of the fastest shippers in the mannequin business. We ship out your order within 2-3 business days from either our west coast or east coast warehouse. If there are any stock issues with your order, someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you immediately.

I'm not in the USA. Can you ship mannequins to my country?

Send us an email at support@mannequinmall.com or give us a call, and we'll let you know if we can ship to your country. There will be an additional international shipping cost attached to your order and we'll let you know beforehand.

How are the mannequins shipped / packed?

Mannequins arrive in a box unassembled. It is super easy and intuitive to put the mannequin together and there are instructions placed in the box. It takes 5 minutes to put your new mannequin together. No tools are needed.

Will I receive a tracking number?

You will be sent a tracking code as soon as the package has been shipped.


What payment options do you support?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at the moment.

How do I know that my purchase is secured online?

We take customer privacy and security very seriously. We utilize the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. This protects our customer information such as credit card numbers, names, and addresses during the exchange between your computer and our server.

All of our customers’ credit card transactions are processed through the SSL secure server.

Do I have to pay for Sales Tax?

Sales tax is only charged to your account if you live in California.


If I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?

Absolutely. We have a no-hassle, no-questions-asked, super-easy return policy. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll happily accept any returns.

Also, unlike our competitors, we have no restocking fee. All other mannequin companies will charge you a 20-25% restocking fee if you return something, but we think that it's completely unreasonable to charge you such a fee. We understand that sometimes you may want to return something, and we want to make it as easy as possible.

How can I return a product/order?

We have a no-hassle, no-questions-asked return policy, composed of 3 steps:

1. Contact us via email to get an RMA Number and return instructions

2. Package the item back in its original packaging

3. Ship the item back to us.

We'll inspect the goods once returned back to us and process the return within 7 days. Payment will be returned back to you via the original form of payment minus the shipping cost.

Is there a time limit for returns?

We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 7 days of the item's arrival. After 7 days, Mannequin Mall cannot accept returns for any reason.

Does the return cost anything?

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping & handling.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, we do not practice a restocking fee.

When will I be refunded?

As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and then send the refund within 7 days.
