The instructor selects from a menu of heart and lung conditions by wireless remote control. The manikin presents itself as a real patient without visible auscultation sites.
The student must palpate to identify correct auscultation locations, and will hear different heart and lung sounds as the Smartscope is moved to different locations on the manikin. A diagnosis of the condition selected by the instructor can be made by comparing the variations in sounds occurring at different sites. Just like a real patient!
Lung sounds can be detected at five anterior, 10 posterior, and two midaxillary locations. Students can practice auscultation at six anterior heart sites. The remote control does not have to be pointed directly at the manikin or SmartScope to operate. One remote control will operate multiple sets of SmartScopes and/or manikins simultaneously. Great for group instruction.

Orders placed with us will leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier. For larger orders, we may reach out to you to see if we can ship via freight.
We are happy to ship internationally but unfortunately additional shipping will be charged.

No Questions Asked Return Policy
We stand by the quality of your products. If you are at all unhappy with you order, you would like to exchange for a different model, or you just want to return it back to us, we will be more than happy to take it back within 7 days after you receive your order. No questions asked means no questions asked.
We have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee. Other companies have a 20 to 30% restocking fee. We think that's a little crazy.
We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products within 7 days of the item's arrival. Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below and we will either exchange it or refund you in the original payment form. Your choice.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.
After 7 days, Mannequin Mall cannot accept returns for any reason. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:
1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
2. Please package the item back in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to the address in the instructions we provide you.

Competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, and must be brand new (not refurbished). Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee). The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance or close-out items (since they are one-of-a-kind and priced according to their condition). The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the TOTAL cost to purchase and deliver the item, including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees.
